MA means Manage Account. MI means Manage Inventory. Both are Google Ad Manager ideas.
Publisher earning help
Publisher onboarding starts with traffic proof, workflow fit and written terms.
This page shows two ways to work. It shows the proof you should get ready. It says what Bid4Ads cannot say before email review.

What Bid4Ads is offering
Bid4Ads offers ad revenue support for sites and apps. It works with MA and MI. The public LinkedIn profile lists Bid4Ads as the employer. It lists bid4ads.com as the company site. New posts describe this service.
This site explains both workflows in Google Ad Manager terms. You can then decide if you want a review. It does not promise approval, money results or deal terms.
The only public contact path here is vivekkushwah@bid4ads.com. Use that address to check access, fit and deal terms.
Primary sourceMA and MI in Google Ad Manager words
Google says MCM is part of Google Ad Manager 360. MCM lets a parent publisher manage a child publisher's account or ad stock. Manage Account (MA) lets the parent edit in the child's account. The child keeps access and settings. Manage Inventory (MI) puts the ad stock in the parent's account.
These definitions matter. MA and MI are not the same. MA changes account access. MI changes where inventory is run. Ask which step fits your site or app before you share access.
Bid4Ads says it uses MA and MI for onboarding. Ask by email which workflow fits your site or app.
Primary sourceTraffic quality rules
Google says invalid traffic means clicks or impressions that falsely raise advertiser costs or publisher earnings. Examples are bots, robots and trick traffic. Google also says you are in charge of traffic validity.
Bid4Ads' new LinkedIn posts say bot, proxy, VPN and fake traffic are not ok. Treat that as Bid4Ads' public statement. It is not a separate check.
Before you start, review each traffic source in Google Analytics. Google says to split traffic by source. It says to avoid poor paid traffic. Never click your own ads. Keep ads.txt or app-ads.txt at the root. Each seller row has three required fields. A fourth field is optional. New changes can take up to 48 hours to show.

Bring measured values, not optimistic labels.
